open lock box ship error

i have opened a xindi lock box and had the narcine carrier in it and when i opened it up it cut off my connection and i lost the ship,, can i get replacement it cut my connection to server as i opened the box and its gone and i want my narcine that i won back

    yeah, same exact thing happened to me except it was a Galor. can i get that re-reimbursed please?

    Best hope you have is to open a ticket with Cryptic, explain what happened and hope that there's a record of you receiving it before crash, otherwise, you're gonna be outta luck...

    Hate to say it though, I'm not liking your chances... If it was as simple as saying 'I saw X in the box, but it crashed my system and I never got it!' everyone would be doing this...
    The entitlement is strong in these forums...

    They probably have records if you got the ship. When the player opens the box, and it puts the ship reward pack in your inventory, a gamewide message goes out "[Redacted]@handle has acquired/been issued/won [Redacted]" so there is probably a list as to who has what ship on the cryptic servers.

    The entire server gets spammed everytime someone@somewhere wins a ship.

    I know when I got the d'kora within seconds I was getting pm's from people trying to tell me its was useless and offering next to nothing for it. Also found more than a few ingame mails trying the same thing. Likewise when a voth ship emerged.

    Assuming it's a legit claim the server spam should be logged at cryptics side, don't hold your breath though.
