Pixel Compilation error - still there
Extreme lag on login/freezing - still there
Random kicks to Desktop - still there
BUT
Lifers get a Talaxian!
Exp seems to by fluctuating in DR
Lifetime Sub Sale (Seriously? After veryth8ing you've put the players through you're going to see if anyone wants a lifetime sub?)
Oh, and a shiny new 5 minute mute after a forum post.
SO.... what, exactly, did you actually fix again? (and I don't mean that in a veterinarian sense of the word)

Oh Im sorry they didn't fix what you wanted because they were actually fixing some other things.(Heavy Sarcasm)

Ya, sorry. I was being greedy and hoping they would fix, you know, the bugs that are actually causing issues for gameplay for a LOT of other gamers, but thanks. You really put me in my place.
O, sorry - you left your /heavy sarcasm emote on... must have affected my post.
Well those bugs are not affecting enough of the playerbase and are more than likely more difficult and time consuming to attempt to fix that you stated. just because they seem big to you does not mean they must automatically take priority over everything else. there were several bug fixes in the patch just not the ones you wanted and you shouldnt act like an infant just cause you didnt ge what you wanted.
Sorry to say it but, with the exception of the (addressed) 5-min forum bit, the bugs you've listed aren't universal issues; I haven't had trouble with any of those (whether at all, or outside of an occasional reappearance), for one example.
And also worth mentioning, not all of those issues could be in-game or server related
Was named Trek17.
Been playing STO since Open Beta, and have never regarded anything as worse than 'meh', if only due to personal standards.

Okay, take a step back. With an avatar owned by Disney, you sure are cranky!
~sigh~ These issues are not merely affecting "a few players". The forums have been rife with complaints about these since DR was released by a multitude of players. No, they are not the ONLY bugs and yes, Cryptic did address some of the other common bugs (yes, I've read the patch notes...)
I was merely asking as to a status update on these particular bugs.
Now, c'mon Emp! Have some tea and chillax... everything's going to be okay as soon as Anakin's kid come to visit you on the Death Star. I promise.

No, they aren't universal in the sense that 100% playerbase is affected, but large enough that a large percentage of that base is. Most of us have run tests, pinged, etc. and have confirmed it is not on our end. Day before DR everything was peachy. Day after, TRIBBLE. Not a coincidence.

If you define large as a large chunk of the forums, that's still only 2-3% of the playerbase - and it remains to be seen that it's even larger than that.

I would definitely buy lifetime now, if I wasn't already.
its the best value for money I have ever spent on a game, if you work out (cost of lifetime > time spent playing) ratio compared to other games I have paid for.
When I think about everything we've been through together,
maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,
and if that journey takes a little longer,
so we can do something we all believe in,
I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.

I agree, my LTS was my best purchase. But I got mine during open beta, I don't think buying one know is such a good idea - because of 'DOOM' and all that....
never for me; this game doesn't deserve it. too much bugs (i'm stuck in space, i can't even do the mission in the al'yans system), empty contents, etc; the last but not least, this game has lost a lot of fun.
Americans have a word who define a game : entertainment. <- not usable for this game
So, after patch
nothing new, nothing good; oh! wait, lifetimers can have now a talaxian captain, wow awesome
The game still crashes all the time for me too. I can't even visit ESD anymore because if I try to enter the Sol System it crashes. When I reload the game it puts me in Sol but then it crashes when I dock with ESD. When I reload the game again it puts me on ESD but once I try to beam back into space it crashes. I just avoid the whole area now.
Random crashes during battle are the worst however. It just really sucks when the game is running great and you're having fun and then suddenly everything vanishes and you're looking at your desktop. I know it's going to make the Mirror Event a major pain.
