No lvl 60 trait

can someone tell me why i cant use my lvl 60 trait slot???? it worked fine before Crptic WHY ****UP?

yes, i am lvl 60.
yes i am promoted.
yes i done all other TRIBBLE needed and yet i cant use my lvl 60 trait slot..

    if we are talking the actual slot here? mine has allowed me to use it.
    This does not look like it effects every one.

    Unless you mean there is an actual trait that unlocks at level 60 and not a trait slot?
    if this is the case what is the trait?

    meaning i only can select 8 traits and not 9... its a blank slot i cannot use.
