Server Downtime Error

On the game splash screen (prior to hitting "Engage" in the lower right) the UTC time is somewhat innaccurate (02:00 UTC). This perhaps should have been "14:00 UTC".

Only the latest of the errors since DR.
Let us wear Swimsuits on Foundry maps or bridges please! I would pay zen for that.

better a text glitch that's just annoying to those who notice little details like that (I do too) than a glitch that prevents us from being able to play

Perhaps they aren't used to the 24-hour-clock :D

It's a mess of standards anyway, they use AM/PM in the first part and then notate 00:00 in the second part which is typical of doing 24 hour time. They technically should be using the same notation throughout ["7-9:30 AM Pacific (2-4:30 PM UTC)" or "07:00-09:30 Pacific (14:00 - 16:30 UTC)"]
