No Trellium-K from ISA

So I've checked the forums and don't seem to be able to find anyone else with this issue...but I've played Infected Space Advanced on two consecutive days. I've received an Advanced Queue R&D Material Reward Package (Trellium-K), open it...and no Trellium-K, am I missing something...

Is it random?

Do you have to be level 60 (I'm 57)?

Do I have a bug?

    It's only a chance for trellium-K, or whatever UR RnD mat.

    Much to the annoyance of EVERYONE.

    yeah, you want guaranteed VR material drops, you need to do the elite version of a queue
