Online Support not working

first of all, if this is the wrong forum pls move it to the right one.

Now for my problem:

as the answer for my ticket by devs in sto statet i tried to login to the account support under support.arcgames.com but every time i log in i get a message about an infinite loop so the site couldnt be loaded.

I tried everything by now... allowing cookies, deactivating norton, use other browsers(firefox, chrome, ie), restarting my router and even computers at my friends places but the problem stays the same... infinite loop

also the arc launcher wont load the site it stays black with an error message written in black.

what can i do to solve this?

Error -310 when loading url https://www.arcgames.com/de/sign/in/?src=/de/supportredirect/app/ask&returnTo=0&error=1

    OP post your questions on here you will get someone willing to help you out but be warned you might get a troll now and again.

    are you using ARC if so there is a ARC thread some were on here and you will be best posting on there.

    On the contrary, Customer Support is working *exactly* as intended.

    How long is the typical wait time for a ticket response? Created one this morning and was hoping for a quick reply ;)

    I think it is not that "quick". Maybe tomorrow, and if not then, I have no idea.


    Oh, I can check issues that I had in my account: One issue took a bit less than a day for a response, but it was a request for clarification. The final reply (which didn't exactly help - it was classified as a gameplay bug they couldn't solve) was on the 2nd day.
    Two other issues were replied to within a day.

    None of my issues were particularly problematic, some resolved themselves, some where general problems that affected a lot of players (general login issues).

    Thanks for the information. Got a game breaking bug on the tutorial mission I hope they can resolve :( If not I'll just have to start over.
