Ship Traits : Poorly distributed ?

With the DR expansion and the T6 ships we had the luxury of ship traits that we can slot so those remain passive during the game play. Each alt has 4 ship traits. Those traits be can obtain when we reach master level V of a T6 Ship.
Now, to fill those 4 ship traits it is needed to have 4 x a T6 ship fully mastered. What occurs : The fed fraction has 5 T6 ships coming with the release of DR. So no problem to obtain the 4 traits. Sadly, like each time with Cryptic, the KDF & Romulan side has been overlooked and are not able to get those 4 ship traits that are coming with the mastery of the ships, as both fractions have only received 2 T6 ships, T5-U ships don't get those.
As those traits remain active, open when this mastery V is reached, wouldn't it be nice that when someone is upgraden a fleet ship is also able to reach mastery V with that fleet vessel. When in future T6 fleet versions of those T5 Fleet ones become available, wouldn't it then be easier to take those masteries/traits along. So that KDF & Romulan fraction have the same treatment as the Fed.
