with the free lobi weekend I'll get enough lobi to purchase a lobi console. I can't decide on which to pick though.
I already have a tachyokinetic. There are now two interesting options:
1) Bioneural Infusion Circuit
Mainly for ~15% CritD, some structural integrity is also nice to have
2) Bounty Hunter's Friend
-10% Enegery weapon power consumption
decent energy resistence
I'm currently flying a beam Nicor. I can't figure out from which of the two consoles I'd profit more. The energy drain resist could be huge since I'm not running DEM+Marion, but 15% critD is nothing to scoff at (currently at ~20% crit chance and 100% severity) either.
Long term I could theoretically get both, if I can bring myself to remove a neutronium for the BHF. Though I'm scared of the missing kinetic resist, kinetic damage is what is currently hurting me the most already. For now I'd remove the romulan console. I'm confident either of those will have a bigger effect than 1% extra crit chance, the other stats on the romulan console are meh anyway.
What energy type do you use? Even though you may not buy the second or third piece of a set now, keeping your options open for potential future expansion is always something to consider.
It's extremely inconsistent. Sometimes the first salvo stays at a rock solid >120 and then the second salvo dips to 70, with still the exact same buffs running as before (Aux2Bat, EPtW1 and Plasmonic Leech).
Maybe it's something with Aux2Bat timing. I intend to switch my build to something without Aux2Bat soon. Probably a drake setup with cycling EPtW and EPtS, two copies of BFaW and Zemock Jenro to keep APB3 CD down. Only downside to that would be halved TT uptime, but I can maybe compensate for that with doffs.
I have two fleet neutroniums ([+turn]) + the nukara trait that buffs defense with aux. Together that amounts to ~40% resists for kinetic and energy each. This is idling in a space zone, when in combat it could be a percent or so more thanks to extra plasmonic leech aux power.
Comments
If your power levels and things that affect them are set up right it should stay as close to 125 or max as possible.

I use 2 efficient BOFFs for power along with Warp Core Engineers/Damage Control Engineers DOFFs
I'm now running 2x APB, 2xBFAW3, APO and 1x EPtS1 + EPtW2 with 3 blue DCE doffs. No more Aux2Bat.
So Doffs:
3x blue DCE
2x Zemock Jenro
Still saving fleet creds for the 6th slot
My power levels are now according to the /r/Stobuilds Power calculator when both emergency powers and plasmonic leech are active:
Weapon: 180/100
Shields: 97/15
Engine: 75/35
Aux: 93/50
This matches up with what I see in game. During firing cycles I still see weapon values below 100 sometimes.
