  They don't want you to level quickly, unless you pay. Now prepare to use your credit card more than an 8 year old boy gets used at a convention of priests (tasteless joke, I know). I guess you could tediously grind STFs or just wait for doffs to fill your XP bar. That'll be done around the same time as most people's crafting maxes out...
