    I'll be grabbing one of these myself next week.
    Murphy's laws:
    1- Murphy’s Law tells us that anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
    2- And anything that does go wrong will get progressively worse.

    Yeah, I've had quite a bit of success with the Eclipse so far, not the tankiest ship out there, but certainly powerful.

    I like this ship, didn't think I would. Haven't played around with the intel stuff very much yet.
    Well excuse me for having enormous flaws that I don't work on.

    Man you are releasing a lot of reviews lately, awesome job! Either way i agree with you the ship is butt ugly! :D

    It really needs a fleet variant to be sure.

    I've been using the Eclipse since the Launch of DR. I really like it. The energy siphon console is very nice and can chew through some of those high hull points ships. Mixed with the Intel stuff and it's gets even better. Pop energy siphon on a ship made vulnerable and you basically double your damage since you go from 50 to 100 percent shield penetration. I'm figuring out you really have to understand the abilities and think outside the box.

    I'm not so upset with the looks. I think it's kinda cool actually.

    I kind of like how it looks it reminds me of an Ori ship, federationized.

    Its a hull siphon not energy.

    Fleet Eclipse / Qib is practically guaranteed to have +1 TAC Console if we go by Cryptic's behavior regarding ship upgrades. Both ships already are classified as Cruisers and are already at 5 ENG Consoles. Both ships also have fixed LtCdr TAC stations with Lt Hybrid SCI. The slant is obvious towards TAC, hence my belief the Fleet versions will be +1 TAC Consoles.
