My Delta Operations pack is not acivating on Steam.

I bought the Delta Operations pack on Steam 2 days ago prior to writing this and the game still hasn't activate it yet.

I tried everything from restarting steam to uninstalling/reinstalling STO with no luck, does anyone know how to activate the Delta Operations pack on steam once bought?

Edit: I finally found out where you have to go to redeem, you have to go here: http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1246311 to redeem.

    Try that Link https://secure.crypticstudios.com/startrek/login

    Or use Arc and klick left top Arc Symbol to redeem key

    right click on STO in your steam library and view keys. take the key you have and input it into ARC, or here, if it's working;

    I tried the key in ARC and it said it was invalid. Then I tried the redeem link but the login kept saying I need to enable cookies even though I do have my browser set to enable cookies....

    I'm at a complete loss here.

    Did you even read the instructions on the Steam page?

    "*To redeem your Delta Pack after purchase and after the free Delta Rising Expansion launches:
    Log in to your Perfect World account at http://www.startrekonline.com/redeem
    Enter the Delta Pack key in the field and click ‘Submit’.

    Your key can be found by right-clicking on Star Trek Online in your Steam game library and clicking on “View CD key”.
    You can claim your promotional items through the in-game C-Store, under the ‘Bundles’ tab.

    You may need to download and install Arc and redeem the code there.

    No you don't. Read my quote from the steam page. It is not an Arc code. You use the startrekonline.com/redeem page.

    have you tried going into the C-store and claiming it?
