Neutral no more : Map Manager screwed up.

Ok, the quest Neutral No More, a class/chain quest for the Rommies, has been borked by the blindly stupid nerf bat swung in Rommie space.

Can not find map is a serious issue as you just negated any progress for that character.
Hell I just got my LTCDR ship and I was looking forwards to using it today.

However the swingers of the nerf bat, in their efforts to control an exploitable, fracked up game play for the rest of us.

Critical bork, can not progress via quest chain.

    So what can the people who created new chatracters do for that mission? Is the Romulan side a bust now?
