Quit complaining about just Japori

Quit complaining about just Japori. There's at least ONE other thing bears complaint. The stf's. I've made attempts at playing Infected: Conduit on advanced and it's just not worth the headache. Bring back the old elite one as the "advanced" one and make current advanced the "elite" model. we need that middle ground so that at the very least we can get a neuralprocessor for it. current one is a lot of headache with a high chance of failure unless theres no less than 2 grav well players who know how to use them. no assurance with public queues.

im actually scared about what they've done with khitomer. i wont play cure found or hive at this point.

i hope askray can get an answer from a dev on the issue and shove this in the fct, just make it easier for him and bluegeek. far too many threads about this already.

remember this isnt a japori thread....also let us not forget about the lack of command ships warping in with orellius and (ive observed at least once) beta ursae block borg encounters.

regardless, these patrol missions are incurring teams on elite to run em over and over for the sole purpose to override the intended design of what the devs setup. its the whole thing that clearly wasnt intended but has hundreds of players abusing the system. obviously dont want to see anyone wanting to go overboard on the forum, just looking out to see if i can help without violating anything in the process.

I Thought they removed Khitomer, I haven't seen it on the list since DR dropped. That was my favorite Elite STF. but ya the new 'advanced' would be just as unappealing to us noobs* as all the other STF's that were fixed.

Indeed! There are 10 pages of bugs that have been posted about a wide range of bugs just this week. That said, the fact that nearly 600 posts with 30,000 views exploded onto these fora within 48 hours just on this single topic bears witness to the fact that the "dev's" at Cryptic just don't care anymore (if they ever did), and are incompetent to fix their own mistakes. Each bugfix breaks more things that were working, and at this rate the game will soon be unplayable.

I had hoped that DR would be a better piece of work, based on all the hype of the dev blogs, and that I would finally be able to justify a lifetime subscription. Alas, the current trend is pushing me in the opposite direction, so that I will soonj no longer be able to justify my gold subscription....

It wouldnt be so bad if the materials required to gear up to be able to play in elite were only available in elite. This kind of gear appropriation is bad for everyone, including the people who do have the considerable resources to shortcut their way there who find themselves either with no noe to play with on their level, or pugs who join the game hoping their minimal contribution will not be noticed

Why can't we complain about everything ?! Some of those poor old bugs feel neglected and may procreate out of boredom and misery !! :D

Are you saying that those players are actually cryptic devs? What it shows is that forumplayers care more about their easymode farming exploits than about actual problems with the game.

I can't even bump up my bug reports for a while since Bort got annoyed. Damned if you report them and try to get them fixed, damned if you don't.

Yes, last couple of ISA's I've ran have only succeeded by careful use of TBR and GW to hold back nanite spheres, and we also had two other players with Eject Warp plasma. So it can be done. Last one this morning had one weak player who was barely denting anything but we completed the mission but lost optional timer (at least it seems timer does not mean total fail if you have the transformers both blown when the timer runs out, not sure about if it fails if a gen still isn't blown). At this point in time I have points to specializations.... have been heavily working on pilot specialization and intel so have some nice maneuvering boosts on my scimitar, I'm actually almost able to keep up in turns with NPC escorts right now in my scimitar. APA and APO are granting me temporary immunity, have built in intel shield facing and defense boosting buffs

Still takes so long to whittle down millions and millions of HP tac cubes. The last part is tedious space bar mashing. Whic hdoes absolutely nothing but bore me to death. I don't use auto-fire, but I might as well at this point, that way I could spend time reading, or make go clean a bathroom. I guess this is what passes for excitement. It's slightly more exciting that watching paint dry.

    Cryptic:

Here play this old mission. Its harder now, and gives half the rewards.

    Trololololo, U mad playerz?
Let us wear Swimsuits on Foundry maps or bridges please! I would pay zen for that.

Or just use the 10% rule for the transformers.

Yes, but that doesn't work all the time when doing it in a pug. As there is a fairly good chance of someone popping a gen when they were not supposed to.

No, it's not just about Japori or the Tau Dewa sector, it's about the MASSIVE BUGS that are reuining everyday gameplay that are seemingly being ignored while they focus their attention to parts of the game that are actually working as intended, just not the way they prefer.

Fine, stop people from actually enjoying the social aspect of pugging again and destroy Tau Dewa. I don't even care any more. Just please.... PLEASE fix:

    Random crash to desktops
    Massive lag spikes
    The broken crafting system
    The broken upgrade system
    Power trays auto-resetitng
    Missing/broken BOFF powers

for starters... dox all of that and maybe, just naybe, we'll turn a half blind eye to the fact you're going out of your way to TRIBBLE the average player.

You will forever be missed and never forgotten.
