elochi disruptor arc

I PVPd my fleet mate the other day and was easily wiped out. He had a ship that fired Elochi disruptor Arcs with 100% shield penetration. I have the arcs equiped on my ship and doesnt do nearly the same dmg. I have a fed ship, do not know what he had, anyone know?

    I'm going to guess some of the shield penetration passives along with DEM (Direct Energy Modulation) and the appropriate spec to get the most out of their build.

    just googled it, they are elochi lock boxes

    Oh! you meant the weapons. :o The weapons are only a small part of the equation for them being very good. You can find them on the Exchange for a reasonable sum, depending. Elachi Beam Array, Elachi Dual Heavy Crescent Cannons, and so on.
