Kazon Raider Getting a Buff?

Al Rivera on Twitter stated the Kazon Raider is apparently bugged and underpowered. Mostly in the way of shields and that a fix is inbound.

Thoughts? Feelings? Rage?

    My hazari escort can heal 13k with its hazard emitter. My kazon raider, same energy, same boff, same hazard emitter gets a 3k heal. Other heals are the same. Thats simply buggend and makes the ship unplayable in advanced or elite queues.

    But I doubt there will be a buff to shields. 0.8/0.88 is low, but thats what was advertised.

    Yes, it is bugged.

    But, the bug makes it more canon, so leave it broke.

    I'd point out that the Kazon are SUPPOSED to suck to a legendary degree. These guys had trouble with one tiny science ship using entire fleets. They are so pathetic they are a species The Borg refuses to assimilate (7 of 9 actually said so). If they gave this ship parody it would sort of defeat the purpose of Star Trek's ultimate Stumble-Bums... the guys that can make the Pakled feel good about themselves. :)

    The only way I could see a Kazon craft having competitive stats is if it was some kind of Q-ship piloted by another race (lure people in suspecting an easy target from a race known to only win with swarm tactics and boom... surprise). That said the current ship is not presented that way. Of course then again, for whatever reason Cryptic did make the NPC Kazon a lot tougher than I think they should be, easy compared to other Delta enemies, but they don't pop like balloons facing real war ships like I'd expect.

    If anything, the Kazon Raider needs a massive nerf. Being a species unworthy of assimilation, Kazon are supposed to be horrible.
    I completed a 2-man CSE, ISE, and KASE, Optionals included. And I soloed Winter Invasion.

    the kazon should be heavily buffed up to the point the vaadwuar cant conquer em and the delta alliance cant deal with em without loosing ships to boarding actions from the enemy.

    kazon are smarter then they look :P

    Kazon are nothing more than Klingons who never comb their hair. Apparently, they never evolved into hairbrush technology. :rolleyes:

    If it's bugged than I'm happy it's getting I fix. I have one myself, but I haven't unpacked it yet because I stared a new char. intended to use it and he's not fully leveled yet. So it's great that it'll be fixed by the time I start using my shiny new Kazon ship. :)

    ... plus you have the chance to buy it quite cheap on the exchange at the moment. Almost nobody wants one...
