Unresponsive Logitech Pro Joystick

Ever since Arc had been updated/loaded with STO Delta Rising , I have lost complete control of my Logitech Extreme Pro joystick. I have tested it on at least 2 other PC games - working perfectly.
Going into the Options menu on line, and selecting Controllers, I have Joystick selected/activated. But I am given options ONLY to UNMAP Joystick functions. The joystick seems completely inactive - screen does not respond to any movements made with Joystick.
Please advise ASAP.

    None of my controllers work either. I was going to set up a new flight stick with STO but I also have a logitec pro controller and it's gone. This happens a lot - there's absolutely zero controller support unelss you have an XBox 360 controller apparently... but even I think that's not working

    They bluw up joystick use in game , we even told them like 6 weeks befor it released, they wont admit it though lol
    A ticket response from PWI will lead you to a link to buy another program that may help.
    its called pinnical games, you have to run it in admin mode and down load a profile for it as well.

    They Really need to fix this asap.

    Why do I get the depressing feeling they are more into making money than to fix a basic game app? Now they want me to spend even more money just to fix up their problems? Naw, naw, naw..... Im not that gullable!
