space quickbars resetting constantly

it's happens sometimes on zoning space to space, ground to space, space to pve-que, ground to pve-que
the abilities that I've arranged on the quickbars simply vanish and all 3 quickbars reset to some strange configuration with 90% of my abilities missing
it's some kind of network/server/db error due to the high load right now
please fix it and don't just wait for the load to go down

better to fix it guys
or, if you don't want to fix it,
give us save and retrieve buttons so we can manually force our configs to save and manually retrieve our configs when it goes wrong
Step 1 - Re-setup ship the way you want, trays, boffs, etc.
Step 2 - Make sure your trays are "unlocked"
Step 3 - Rename both/all loadout's to "Temp 1" "Temp 2" etc
Step 4 - Save your new setup to both/all loadout's named "Temp 1" "Temp 2" etc
Step 5 - Switch your ship and Test
Step 6 - If successful rename and setup accordingly.
Have done so for Tier-5 existing, Tier-5U and Tier-6 ships. Now all working correctly.

I will try that, but it's not really fix-able with the current options available to players, these things are almost always load issues (network/server/db) that reveal not necessarily bad code, but spots that aren't quite so strong. It's almost certainly part of the vanishing mail, auctions, and other things like missing borg bosses.
But I will try that.
Another solution to this would be to save local (backup) copies of some information, that can cause problems (hacks) at times but if it's only the quickbar setup that doesn't seem too bad.
this has absolutely nothing to do with the "loadout" system
Many people that posted in the aforementioned thread (http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1254191) experience the same problem you do - no matter if they have loadouts or not.. hence it still would be better to post your case in that thread, too.
