Foundry Missions Missing from Mission Selector

When clicking on the Foundry tap of the missions selection window, the list for both the featured and the list of all the missions says "Enter a term and press 'Search'" but when I click on search both when entering a term and when not on browse all it still says "Enter a term and press 'Search'". I had this error since the update on 10/14/2014. Has playing foundry missions been made a gold member feature, is there a bug, or is it temporary down. I enjoy seeing what people create for stories in foundry and my daily featured mission is part of my daily dilithium acquisition

    The Foundry regularly undergoes a period of downtime right after a season or expansion patch hits. They take the editor and all missions down then start auto-republishing all missions. IF all goes well, the editor comes back up shortly thereafter. If we encounter any bugs, which we often do, the process takes longer.
