Dusted-off the old cobwebs, and went back to my roots.

Reading these recently really brought back some great memories of a great community.

    Serious. I've been plugging away at this for a bit now. I may not have the largest audience of any STO/Channel/Blog/Website...but I bet it's the largest for PVP.

    It isn't shabby on PVE views either. And to me...those are just PVP converts waiting to happen!

    I was in the first boot camp and I learned sooo much. Im sad to see that its pretty much over. I am working withen my fleet alliance to start something up interfleet (fleetmates see my bootcamp graduate title and are interested)

    There are two "main" threads out there about the lock box/lobi stuff, since there was no official thread on the matter. One is about the cats. One is about everything else. The one with cats has more replies. That's the state of the game. There's all sorts of fond memories to be had in a game where that's the case...

    Maybe you'll be able to breed cats like tribbles. Get some accolade or something, have a giant cat army kit module for ground or something.

    I really miss your publications. Maybe you could hit up smirk or trendy about making another one. It would be nice to have one showcase all the different aspects of pvp like the new Vanilla PvP.

    You guys had the right idea at heart (maybe) I remember when this was going down back in the day and i just now tried to look through that lil emag that came along with it apparently. Heres the problem... every little page was more about the person writing about it than the info being wrote.. make sense?

    No one cares nor should care about your pseudo wanna be fame in a thing like this... keep the signatures and the quotes and the guest appearances and fancy sigs and things out of it. Pretty pathetic really. Great idea behind it. wrong people with wrong motivations involved... but hey its dead right? So it doesn't matter anymore. the thing took its natural course to death. Too bad, lots of shiny though on the production end, congrats on that... looks real sharp 4 real.

    Not hating, just being realistic, which can be super useful in a group of backslappers.

    I still think it would have flown a lot further if it had a more 'Trek' name to it like 'Academy' instead of 'Boot Camp' - which naturally conjures up the mental image of 'Drill Sergeant'.
