Went to buy the Guardian Class, was going to purchase some Zen.

Apparently we cant transfer Zen to Star Trek Online anymore.

So, no Guardian Class for me. No Money for you. /shrug

    Why not buy the zen from in game? The Zen shows up from there, right?

    When buying in-game, it redirects you to the web page. To complete your purchase, you must select Game and Server. STO is no longer offered in the game list, so the purchase can't be completed.

    Odd, since I went to My Wallet on the webpage and STO shows up quite clearly on the list of games you can transfer to.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    Yep that worked for me too.

    Ditto.... however, so far, I have only had to do that once. Now, I have just purchased 2000 zen (for obvious reasons) and will report back if I have an issue but I doubt I will.

    Strange, I just checked and Star Trek Online & Holodeck is showing for me as options. I went to "Charge", selected $10, then PayPal and it allows me to select STO for my 1K zen purchase - note, I haven't made the actual purchase, but it appears to be there.

    I'm getting to "charge" via the ARC homepage

    ARC Homepage -> http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/
    Charge billing page -> https://billing.arcgames.com/en/

    Using this link I was able to make the purchase and transfer to STO.

    Thanks!

    For the Devs -

    Using the link through the game interface, didn't work. Something is wrong with that.

    As I remember, you could buy Zen and then allocate it to a game, or safe it as 'neutral' Zen. I still have this neutral Zen.

    As it is now, when you buy Zen, you have to select a game to allocate it. This no problem when you play only one PWE game. The old system was far better for players that played more then one game. You could buy Zen, when there was a discount and use it in a game when you wanted it, for instance in STO when there is a ship discount.
