Steam Starter Pack

I recently recieved the Steam starter pack as a gift. I don't have STO downloaded through the Steam launcher, but I do have a Steam account. I added STO to the library on my Steam desktop, but I still can't get the damn thing to work. I can't even see where I downloaded it. The only evidence I have is the e-mail that I recieved from Steam with the order confirmation number. How do I get my items?

    You get the code, go to the web site, My Account< Redeem Key. Then you go in game and press the Zen/C-store tab. Under bundles will say Steam starter pack and press claim.

    You only have to start to download it and nothing more.
    Still waiting to be able to use forum titles

    You can look at the DLC cd-keys without downloading and installing STO on Steam

    You need to star the download in steam so sto shows up in your games list but you can pause the download a few seconds after it starts. Then the option to view keys is available. Grab the key and add it to your account. Then you can delete steam and unlock the ship from the cstore in game.

    Yes. Just install sto via steam and claim the bundle. Then log into arc and play.

    Or... you can delete arc and just use steam from now on. It's way better.

    You're all kidding right? All of the steam packages for STO have instructions for how to get your packs...go look...or see this quote:

    "To redeem your Starter Pack after purchase:
    Log in to your Perfect World account at http://www.startrekonline.com/redeem
    Enter the Starter Pack key in the field and click ‘Submit’.

    Your key can be found by right-clicking on Star Trek Online in your Steam game library and clicking on “View CD key”.
    You can claim your promotional items through the in-game C-Store, under the ‘Bundles’ tab.
