DR pack.. not upgrade tokens

I looked at the Defiant refit to upgrade.. apparently i do not have any upgrade tokens

it's bad enough that it's three per account but to not have them available is BS

    you need to claim then from the store... did you?

    C-Store under items tab you must claim them along with your tech upgrades as they are once per account.

    AHHHH ok. not signed in right now. can you claim them one at a time? three toons three starships

    Curious about how they come as well.

    Are they like fleet modules that can be transferred to alts as an item or are they a currency that gets locked to the character that obtained them?

    I think they said they are not bound, you claim them once on the toon you want (you get all 3) and you can mail (if not account bound) or account bank em.

    In another thread, I heard you can put these tokens on the Exchange so you can do whatever you want with them.

    It says no coupon for me despite my lifetime sub?
