They appear to still be having issues...there haven't been any forum posts on several things from them - well, outside of Trendy posting in the thread...no threads created for either of the Lock Box blogs, no thread for the latest Ops report, no thread for the release notes, etc, etc, etc...it's all appearing on the Arc site without the normal threads.

Even the Twittersphere has been kind of light in regard to what's going on...there had been mention of stuff that was coming yesterday that just didn't happen.

Hell, we still don't know any of the pricing on stuff.

All in all, it's shaping up to be pretty Epic Mk XIV Lulz. :D

According to Tacofangs on reddit yesterday, Cryptic employees took Monday off. He noted Smirk and Trendy were logging on to make various updates.

But fully agreed (and noticed): there were no threads added. Frustrating...

What it comes down to: Cryptic isn't a medium-sized or large-sized company with best practices or processes that we're expecting.

Aside from the community managers, I have a strong feeling the IT and Dev folks are going to have a VERY busy week ahead of them...

part of it is really their fault. They were warned of a few errors in tribble and didn't fix them, then went live with them.

It could be they're working on them and haven't been able to fix them in time- bugs can be squirrely things that are more complex to fix than you'd thinks.

After the first time, I might believe that, but as it has happened ever since LOR, every expansion, season, etc... yeah no.

It was always this way, not just after LoR. ;)

'It' can be a lot of things.
I'm not excusing releasing a product before it was ready, but at the same time, you're implying ignorance or laziness- I'm arguing time constraints. Especially in something with as much code as in an MMO.

    I'm actually considering both.

but regardless of time constraints. How do they keep putting the error back in?
