2 toons met the true death.

well just to avoid any confusion i deleted my Fedeartion Klingon before x2 this morning. my oldest toon and second most under developed. just incase anybody ever check the metrics LOL behind it all i didnt want any sign of federation involvement showing up. and my most undeveloped toon a lvl 6 Ferengi also met the true death this morning for the same reasons. he was also an older toon that was only used for buy discounted comodities before freighters and such were around. and recently since the upgrade stuff hes made a few hundred million buying basic kits at vendors for 8k and reselling for 16k to people too lazy to walk to the vendor and buy them.


so not that it matters to anybody and probably will not matter to any spread sheet either but just in case it does that why i did it and why i announce it.

i want it to be known i do not spend money supporting the federation. in any way shape or form.

    I keep my original fed toon around just to farm stuff my klinks cant. No KDF toon has ever died on my watch.

    I deleted all my toons but for 3. And only 1 I'll play. Its how Im supporting Dilithium Rising, by wallet closing and reduction of toons/play time.

    I deleted one of my two level 50 Fed characters, and rerolled it as a KDF aligned Reman. I only login to my Fed to DOFF, at this point. And it's for the same reason you're stating. So, now, it's 1 Fed, 4 KDF.

    Any more than 5 characters, and I just lose track. :D

    You will receive a letter from ferengi commerce authority. We seize the EC earned by your ferengi toon. Additional for a small charge we refrain from a penalty for killing one of our most beloved community members.

    OP, I respect your loyalty to the KDF.

    I too have thinned down the number of characters I'll be taking into DR to save money.

    Well.. to each, their own...

    I have 5 toons spread across the 3 factions; 2 Fed, 2 KDF and 1 Rom. The only one in danger of meeting true death would be my Romulan toon simply because I don't really like the 40 power point penalty of the Singularity Core traded for singularity ship abilities. I will probably just bite the bullet and by a Plasmonic Leech for that toon from the Exchange for the 30+ million EC ransom players are asking for. I am also gonna turn the Ha'nom into a torpedo ship to test out that concept.

    From my Fed & Rom toons' perspectives they understand that military life is not for everyone. My KDF Engineer is more or less indifference due to having no personal animosity against the Federation. War is war and people from both side die, it is a simple axiom. My KDF Tactical generally also have no grudge against the Federation, however, for whatever reason that toon simply despises Ferengi in general. If it were not for the fact that the Ferengi defectors who have decided to serve aboard the Rilyn'talar were very good at what they do (security / traders) they would have been used to make sure the airlock and the transporter's ability to transport objects into space are operating properly.

    I finally got a Fed toon to 50 last night (this is after playing since before launch). i'll be deleting it sometime this week. This toon is also the one that I opened the single character only Neverwinter bundle with. I like the Andorian Light Escort and wish I could have had it on one of my KDF characters.

    I am working on consolidating all of my toons to my KDF 50s and my RR/KDF 50s. I leveled my Smurf 50 simply so I could say I bothered... and the only reason I did was the X2 'event' made is less unbearable. I also did it entirely through patrol missions, a feature lacking from the non Fed factions.
    STO would have been better as a Stargate MMO than it is as Star Trek. Go figure.

    I killed 6.. and then I noticed we can now have Orions in Intel belts who go around wearing only their panties and promptly rolled a new one :p
