Mirror ship skin for Romulans/Remans

I just bought a mirror Mogai for T5 and I noticd that it comes in an irredescant black colour, which looks awesome!

When I went to ship customisation, you get the option to swtich out the shape for the Valdore (the Zen ship). The Valdore isn't a mirror ship, but through this method, I can buy the Valdore and give it the mirror skin, and it looks really great. This is something I will be doing soon.

My first priority is that i'm going to be buying the T'varo with the Enhanced battle cloak shortly, but I wanted to see if a similar trick with the mirror skin would work on the T'varo.

If I buy the T'varo retrofit (with the enhanced cloak) and the Mirror T'varo, will it give me the option to apply the mirror skin to the T'varo retrofit in the ship customisation?

EDIT: I just bought the Mirror T'varo, and something strange has happened. Instead of the T'varo having the black mirror skin, it is white instead. even the Nacelles are white! I went to the ship customisation window, and can see this skin is called "Aged Romulan". I WANT MY MIRROR SKIN< NOT SOME AGED ROMMY TRIBBLE!

Can anyone offer an explaination to this?

    Yes, in short.

    Thats why I want a mirror scimitar - purely for the skin.

    Nice one! Then that shall be the plan then.

    The mirror skin is awesome, and it should be more available methinks.

    I use the mirror skin on my Fleet T'Varo. I picked up the mirror version when it was dirt cheap on the exchange. It looks sweet!

    Just an additional as I have since bought the Mirror T'varo and something is very wrong...


    When I go to the customisation window it gives me the usual options of skins, but instead of the mirror skin being there, it just has a skin called "Aged Romulan".

    Also, the ship is not called a Mirror "T'varo retrofit", just "T'varo Retrofit" I thought that someone has accidentally sold the T'varo in the exchange by mistake, but it just has the standard battle cloak.

    Can someone explain what I have just bought?

    That's the "Aged Romulan" Skin you get from the T'liss in which you're staring every rom character. If that replaced the mirror skin then I guess that's some kind of bug from the DR launch, schockingly:eek: right?:rolleyes:


    Filing a bug report would be a good thing to do buuut considering cryptic dosen't give a damn about mirror ships anmyore I wouldn't hold my breath for a fix.

    Lol well if you do, then you had better buy one before they sort it lol :D

    Its not bad, and certainly would prove unique in the galaxy, but When I bought it, it was just for the skin for the T'varo retrofit which I shall soon get.

    Maybe it might grow on me, with all of the issues caused with DR, i think this might be of an extremely low priority.

    My Mirror Mogai seems to be unaffected, but that was bought pre-DR, so if anyone buys a Mirror Rom ship and has the same issue, then post it here, I would like to see the Design.

    I'm almost tempted to pick up the Guardian Warbird to see if that has the same issue, and in white, it might look quite cool!

    Aged romulan is standart option for lil bird, i have both Aged and mirror skins, mirror version of ship must be bugged for you for some reason.

    Well aged doesn't show up on a D'Deridex, so it seems to be something for T'varos. It looks funny but it's nice to have.

    No, there is no mirror skin at all. there is the usuals ie. Reman 1, Reman 2 Romulan 1. Romulan 2 etc, but no mirror.

    When you look at the ship in the interface (u) window, you see a description of the ship, On mine, it just days T'varo Retrofit, instead of Mirror Universe T'varo.

    I wish it was the normal retrofit, as I would have the Enhanced Cloak, but alas, its just the standard battle cloak.

    Very strange indeed.
