is the ticket system broken?

I put in a bug report because I can no longer claim the B'rel retrofit. the C-store wants another 2K zen. I've added the ticket twice but when I look at my tickets they are not there.

    My tickets are viewable, but in a sense it is broken in that there is no one to read or answer them. Many players have tickets that are months or years old.

    I'm in the same situation with the Intrepid Retrofit but I didn't even try posting another ticket to add to my two current ones about other issues. No one cares on the company end.
