And I know the KDF would get mad with a cross faction Fek'Ihri ship but really the devs could give away a free K'vort for running a mission that has all as all of the most beloved Klingon characters together with voice acting and the KDF would still find a way to get mad over it
I didn't say the reward was naff just the mission, if you can call it a mission, 2 minutes and its all over they didn't even bother to make it feature length at least then it would have been slightly interesting.

Gorn, Reman, Caitian, and Voth heads as "rubber masks". Just the heads. No customization, necessarily. Since it's just a mask.
Alternate faction costumes as unlocked dropdowns similar to formal wear.
An infiltration themed event with Devidians and Salt Vampires present as bad guys.
Big prizes would be bridge officers, I think.
I think it would make some sense for the Spring and Fall event rewards to be ground based rather than space based. This avoids an overbundance of weird ships which you'll have anyway with Winter/Summer events. But fall/spring would double the speed on that.
I'd probably make the spring event rebirth focused and have some First Contact Day connections (maybe even have it be centered on shuttles with a Phoenix replica shuttle prize). Fall event would be disguise focused and creepy/gothic.
Maybe make Franklin Drake the Fall Event sponsor since he seems to head up the creepy/"Bump in the Night" side of STO.
What's next, weekend events? And then what? Monday event, Tuesday event.....lol
But it would be nice to get more on Oct. 31th, than only that five minute missions every year again.
Thus Spooky Tribble, Fake Vulcan Ears, Candy and Costumes could be an option. No ships! No gear!
And it shouldn't be available for more than a long-weekend from Thursday to Sunday, like 10/30 till 11/02 this year.
You are joking right? You think they do exactly what? Working on proper gameplay or mechanics? Working on real content? On new PvP Content?
