Delta Operations Pack Purchase Bug - Are you having troubles? Let us know here!

Hailing all Captains!

Have you recently tried to purchase the Delta Rising Operations Pack through our website and had any trouble with PayPal or Skrill?

We want to help solve any problems you may have had and would like to ask anyone with issues to report that information here. While normally these issues can be reported in our Bug Reports section, we want to place this in a top view location to better help alleviate this issue for all of our players across our EN serves, as well as our DE & FR servers.

Let us know the following:
  • What error message are you receiving?
  • What browser are you using?
  • What payment method are you selecting?
  • Where are you located geographically?
  • What are your system specs?
  • What ISP are you using?

This information can really help us identify specific problems that may be troubling some areas versus another, and expedite a fix.

Let us know if you are still experiencing this problem, and we will get our Engineering Corps the data to address these issues.

    Not really sure if this is considered a problem or not, but I purchased the Ops Pack a few weeks ago with PayPal, got a receipt, but the purchase does not show up anywhere on my account. Is that supposed to happen or do I need to file a Support Ticket? Thanks :) And yes, I know that the Pack will not APPLY to my Account until Oct. 14th, I am referring to it showing up in Account Unlocks where LoR, Lifetime, Etc show up. :)

    I bought the delta ops pack with paypal and i got a smal delay before it complited,
    at first it said it was unable to complite the purchase but after 2-3 min,
    it made it to zen payment history with the delta ops info.


    i was using google chrome
    i used paypal
    i am from norway

    i7 3770 cpu,
    16gb ram,
    geforce gtx 670 GPU
    win 8.1

    isp... altibox fibercabel 75 mgb up and 75 mgb down :cool:

    Is this bug occurring for anybody who is purchasing the pack, or is it happening to a select number of people?

    Somewhat related: some of us in South America can't purchase the pack: the page will give a 404 - Not Found
    This has been confirmed after successfully accessing the page using a VPN.

    While we value everyone's feedback about our products including the Operations Pack, please keep responses to this thread for reporting issues with purchasing the packs only.

    We are attempting to collect data from affected players to decipher a pattern so we can fix issues for all of you that are experiencing payment problems. Right now this should not be affecting anyone who has already been able to purchase the pack.

    For those of you who have purchased the pack already, the item may not show up in your Active Products until the product is active post launch after 10/14/2014.

    When I trying to get this page it shows me 404 error so I can't even choose my payment option. I live in Russia, may be that's the problem (and for S. America too - as said above they got same error). same error message I'm getting from tribble news (or whatever is located there). looks Cryptic (or more likely PWE) have some problems with Russian IPs. I can get access to Tribble test (also login and create new char), but can't copy any of my 5 chars to Tribble.

    same errors comes with Firefox, Chrome, IE and your ARC. please, do something with this IP blocking!

    I had the exact same problem when I ordered it. It gave me an error message telling me the transaction couldn't be completed but then 3 minutes I got a message from PayPal confirming the message and then the following morning a message from PWE confirming the purchase.

    But since there is no way of seeing anywhere on ARC (it does not even show other purchases like LoR or LTS) it is impossible to tell if it worked or not. My credt card debited however. It does show up in my purchase history.

    Would be nice to have additional payment methods included.

    I, personally use Paysafecards only.

    Not so much a bug really but it only gives me the option to pay for it with PayPal or Skrill. There is no option to use either of the cc's that I have on file. :confused:

    I just failed a purchase using Skrill (which I'd set up back in the early PW days since I'm not using PayPal). My credit card rejected it (I'm guessing Skrill is a pretty shady site that's associated with enough credit fraud that it sent up a red flag at Chase).

    After I got a fraud alert from Chase, then clicked through the approval link, I tried it again on the Skrill site and it failed. Twice.

    Then I went back to the main shopping cart and tried clicking through the purchase again and Skrill denied it (too many failed attempts).

    I frakking HATE Skrill. And I prefer not to do business with PayPal.

    Why can't I just pay like I do with a zen purchase? Skrill is a horrible gateway for doing business. Makes me not want to spend money at all on this game.
