Fleet T6 ships

So a few questions about t6 ships.

Firstly, people have mentioned, hoping for, t6 fleet ships, being old ships, like Vesta, or garumba and the like, getting fleet variants, and being T6.

Now, I was under the impression T6 fleet ships would JUST be, t6 ships, upgraded. So the new intel ships, dauntless, that cruiser, and other new ones they bring out. NOT older ships.

Any news either way?

And what makes the dauntless t6 anyway? Is it just the 1 extra boff seat? It doesn't even have any of the special gimmicks the intel sci ship has.

    the only news about t6 ships is that only people who use arc get to use them. :)

    and the dauntless has the 13th boff slot and an intel seat.

    Not all Tier 6 ships will have the intel ship gimmicks because they are not intel ships. It is the extra bridge officer ability and the unique starship mastery trait that make it a Tier 6 ship. The Intel ships have 2 Lt. Commander Bridge Officer slots and an Ensign slot while the Dauntless has 1 Lt. Commander Slot and 2 Lt. Bridge Officer slots.

    The Tier 6 ships have been confirmed to have Fleet versions of them arriving eventually, but if the Garamba and Vesta are already confirmed as being candidates for upgrading, then there won't be Tier 6 Fleet versions of them. It is possible that there will be Tier 5 Fleet versions of them in the future.

    What I really wanna know is what the costs for T6 fleet ships will be. ATM im sitting on 4 fleet ship modules but with delta rising introducing a T6 tier, spendng my fleet modules on a T5 when its gonna be outdated next month isnt an option. Till fleet ships start popin out however ill probally upgrade my vesta.
