FYI: Im not a new player I just have a question

So until recently my primary Lvl. 51 Federation character has been using the Dyson joint command technology set, I do this primarily for the three part set bonus "Hunker Down". unfortunately ever since the new update this power has disappeared. After further investigation I noticed that the game doesn't seem to register that my character is using the set's Battle Armor even though I continue to benefit from its affects.

Why is this?
How do I fix it?
Does it have any thing to do with my MK XIII Shields or the new update?

    Based on your screenshots, it doesn't look like all of the items are slotted. If they are all properly slotted, there may be a bug...

    I've experienced similar issues before. Start by removing all of the gear and exiting the game. Log back in to that alt, reslot the gear, and check again.

    Sometimes it's just the tooltip display which is inaccurate. Run a ground op to be sure.

    Lastly, file a formal bug ticket ;)

    Looking at the Screenshots you upgraded the shield to mk XIII. A lot of people are talking about bugs with the upgrading system like it actually giving worse stats than it had before hand. My guess would be this is a bug caused by upgrading the shields.

    Maybe file a ticket.

    Totally missed that. And you're right.

    It used to be that the sets had to be the same rank to get the bonuses. The water was muddied when the free solanae gear 'could' use the secondary abilities regardless of level.

    Do you know of anybody else who is having trouble when upgrading there set gear?

    Unfortunatly this didn't work , I probably will end up filing a ticket now

    Already a bug report about it in the bug forum,but there's a lot of reports being posted there so chances are it's shot down a couple of pages already.

    The bug affects the set differently character to character and person to person.

    im on a fed. ship the klingons r attacting im supost to enter comand codes to unlock gun room and get a riffle did that but now i dont know what to do to get in the room with the fazer blast behind the door
