Regenerator's Not working to Clear Injuries

Hi,
My Romulan-federation Allied Character i have made like last year then i played few days and quit game but now i am back playing again and have Levelled my romulan-fed allied character to Max.Now i do Elite STF's and i noticed that in that character when doing ground Elite STF's and if i die and took injury i am not be able to use my regenerators to treat that injury.When i "Right click" Regenerator and click "USE" Then opens regenerator window and there my Character does not appear so i try to select from drop down list but all i can see is my bridge officer's only and Not my Character.I also have tried to clear injury by Pressing "U" opening my character equipment window and clicking "Injured" same thing happens i am not able to see my character and only bridge officers.But i can treat my character injuries from Medical Officer's at ESD or New Romulus Command there i just go and talk with them and click "treat Injuries" my character appears automatically and i can HEAL it from there but if also there i select any bridge officer my character disappears once again.So its very hard to do STF's in Elite mode if i take injury.This only happens with my romulan-fed allied character only others work perfectly.

    Yeah. I've sent in like 4 bug reports and at least 3 support help reports. This has been going on since Legacy came out. So, if they haven't taken care if it since then, they won't. They're too busy coming up with "Pay To Win" features in order to get more money from us, rather than taking care of problems like this in a timely fashion. If this was a regular business, i.e. retail store, fast food, manufacturing facility, they'd have been out of business in less than a year. I do believe the entire paradigm at PWE is the Ferengi Rules of Acquisition.
    Also, notice how many forum entries about this specific bug are here. YOURS only. Hmmmmmm...wonder if the forum admins have been instructed to remove them?

    LOL, i suffer this since ages ago, but never bothered to report or post in the forums. Who cares anymore.. i just try not to die and thats all.

    There are 3 types of regenerators in game, you might not of had the correct type, for the injury you were trying to remedy.

    No, I assure you we know how to play. I have 20 each of all three types of Regenerators. I can't get them to to work by double clicking them in my inventory or by going through the normal menu and clicking the red "Injured" button. I assure you I'm quite tired of hearing, "Heal your injuries!" in PUGs only to try to explain and be told I'm a liar or noob. It's quite frustrating.

    But, what is most disturbing is that this isn't the only thread or complaint dating back since the launch of LoR and I can find no official response at all. Not even a, "We know about it."

    Devs, it's been 17 months since the launch of LoR and this is still broken. This is making a significant portion of the game unplayable for my characters. Should we look for DR to have equally catastrophic bugs that go unfixed for nearly 1.5 years?

    Same issue here; it still isn't fixed. All on my fed-roms are unable to use regenerators as mentioned in OP. Additionally, forcing your character to target themself using set as focus does set your character as target for healing and does list their injuries (although they still do not appear on the drop-down if you touch it). However, even in this state clicking heal or heal all has no effect. I carry stacks of each type of regenerator at all times.

    Affected characters: (@skymagus00) Cypher Zero, Skyborne Nemesor, Thandrassa Zero. KDF-roms and pure fed/KDF are unaffected - only the fed-roms are bugged.

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Play a ground mission on advanced or elite level - must be using a rom-fed character
    2. Go down and until you get injured
    3. Attempt to use a regenerator to heal injuries
