Borg ground battle zone?

I was wandering are we going to get in Delta expansion Borg battleground like in Dyson sphere, cause i really like the idea of battleground and it would be very nice if we could get it for every major villain faction.

    Defera is always available, and I go there on a daily basis. It is my Fleet Mark method of choice, and it is also my new character levelling method of choice.
    I completed a 2-man CSE, ISE, and KASE, Optionals included. And I soloed Winter Invasion.

    Defera hasn't been event-gated for literally years. They scrapped that several seasons ago and made Defera always available 100% of the time. (Possibly because the Defera event used to bring the shard to its knees when everyone rushed there all at once to do it; thus making it non-gated spread out the times that players would go there.)

    erm what? 0_o only at events?

    you know you can always visit the defara ground invasion zone.... and that this is basically a borg ground battle zone..??

    even if it would need an overhaul to give similar rewards as the dyson zone... still... we have a borg ground battlezone.

    It very much does need an overhaul, and a wash of bug fixes that have gone unfixed for years. :rolleyes:

    To be fair the Defari zone used to be event gated under the old "hourly" system like the bonus dil or crafting was I thinkn it was 2 hours. The op may not have been there since the change so didn't know of the change.

    I agree it does need to be over hauled an have the bugs fixed.

    At first, i thought the new expansion will revamp some of the old borg content, making the Defera invasion zone a really enjoyable zone to play, and introducint other things, but i realized, it was just a dream. Cryptic, prefers to just abandon all the old content to keep making new stuff. So, no, the Defera invasion zone will stay as it is. I grinded there for a few months but i got tired and i NEVER go to the Defera Invasion zone anymore. I hate stfs as well, so the omega reputation for me is a no no.

    Seriously, Defera invasion zone is the zone with more need of fixes and revamped things, but if it was not improved years ago, i dont think cryptic will invest time on doing it now lol. That will be , well, a course of action out of the ordinary.. (for cryptic i mean).

    And adding new Borg zones to keep grinding the omega rep?? i dont think so.. you have the Defera buggy invasion zone and the stfs.. you have more enough. Thats the thinking of cryptic, anyways.

    there is a ground battlezone, the Kobali Battlezone on this. It is on Tribble..... it is AWESOME!!! a fantastic ground combat system is in place here. I won't spill details about who you're fighting (not the Kobali, as the name may suggest) and since its not Defara, it isn't the Borg. You'll see your battlezone in Delta Rising. And it is awesome! Level 54 limit to play it

    You might be surprised when you go back to Defera as the rewards were increased also. It's now a Fleet Mark farm zone.

    They made a transwarp to defera, didn't fix any of the buggs
