Unless, you want to see what items in STO upgraded in the new upgrade system but this video does suck. The narrator is just awful, his voice sucks!

    Everyone just skip to 8:50 on the video to find out if Lobi store WEAPONS (ground/space) can upgrade... Still not sure about the consoles...

    The preceding nearly 9 minutes of video are headache inducing rambling and repeating of what he/we have already figured out, that it's still undergoing testing and not everything is complete...
