D-ore & Z-coin Versions of Intrepid Class Long Range Science Vessels

Will both versions of the Intrepid Class Long Range Science Vessels, will they get T5-U along with the new bridge update for this star ship? Thanks in advance!

    Google is your friend. Only C-store, fleet, lobi, and lockbox ships get T5U.

    NOTE: Risa and Breen ships arrarently fall in the "Lobi" category.

    Because they are event reward ships. The previous poster forgot that category.

    However, not all event reward ships get to be upgraded. The Odyssey Star Cruiser, Obelisk Carrier, and Support Cruiser Retrofit are all event reward ships, but can't be upgraded. The Risa, Breen, and Dyson Science Destroyer are all grind ships.

    So in other words, if you had to spend ages grinding for it (or in the case of lobi and C-Store, could potentially have spent ages grinding for it), it can be upgraded. If you got it for playing a mission once, it can't.

    there are two types of "event" for this purpose, grindy events, and one-off mission rewards. One-ffs are excluded, but the grindy stuff,is not(possibly due to it's lobi connections)

    Did everybody overlook the fact that it's the T4 that is the Dilithium LRSV?

    The Retrofit and Fleet Retrofit LRSV are getting it. But it would be a little ridiculous to give a T4 ship the ability to go to T5U.
    I was once DKnight1000, apparently I had taken my own name so now I'm DKnight0001. :confused:

    The Odyssey Star Cruiser and Obelisk Carrier are also obtainable via the fleet system.

    kind of a shame. another tac console on the Ambassador refit would make it a handy little ship

    I'm fairly sure the fleet version is upgradable if that helps.

    Yeah, just wish the Fleet Ambassador (and Kamarag) had a way to be discounted - 4 modules + zen upgrade is a bit pricey for me. :P

    4 FSM=2k zen which is still less than most T5 ships.

    That extra 500 zen generally buys a unique skin and a console of varying degrees of usefulness.
