One Time Code Not Being Sent

Hi, it's been a while since I've played STO and I've gotten a new computer since. I've reacquired the game via Steam and was asked for the one time code upon login. The system said it was going to send a code for me but it hasn't shown up in the email affiliated with my account. How long should I wait? Should I just give it more time?

    You're posting in the wrong forum, because this one is for the Foundry (player missions). You can try this one if you didn't fix your problem already:

    PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues

    or just contact the support they helped me to link my account to PW when I came back.

    Are you sure the email hasn't been stopped by any spam filters?
