Elite Fleet Phase Split Beam Rifle Mk XII to Mk XII Upgrade

I noticed after my upgrade of my Elite Fleet Phase Split Beam Rifle Mk XII to Mk XIII that it seems to be missing the description or option:
Ignores 7.5% of your target's shields

I've included a screenshot comparison:

Is it a text only error or has the upgrade killed one of it's features? Bug or intended?

    The "ignores 7.5% of your targets shields" is NOT an item property, it is from a passive rep trait. Only items equipped on you or your ship, will show that.

    Anything in inventory will not as it is unaffected by any of your passives.
