Does Flow Capacitor Boost...

Refracting Tetryon Cascade.
I've been told that putting points in the Skill tree for Flow Capacitor will make Refracting Tetryon Cascade stronger. I've been trying find anything to confirm this, or debunk it. I'm think nothing makes Refracting Tetryon Cascade stronger that its damage is simply a fixed rate.
I wouldn't mind a link or something that I can go to for verification, if there is any.

    So according to these links, no, Refracting Tetryon Cascade does not get boosted by Flow Capacitor, neither skill tree or console.

    Because I trust the wiki as far as I can throw it, using a FedENG with no points in FC, in an Atrox in a Dyson sphere:

    Cascade, 120wep 62aux: 4244.1 first hit
    Cascade, 57w 62a: 4244.1

    Cascade, 120w 62a +22.5fc: 4244.1

    So wiki looks right.

    refracting tetryon cascade is an energy damage skill, is boosted by everything that boost tetryon (or "all") energy damage

    Flow capacitor buff energy/shield drain skills (like energy shipon, tykens rift, plasmoonich leach) and the proc of tetryon weapons, but do not buff the damage of tetryon energy

    I'll tell you why it's boosted, but it's not because of flow caps. The sets that boost flow caps also boost tetryon damage, so when slotting them to boost flow caps, you also boost the Refracting Tetryon cascade.

    In a T5U Mobius once exp 2 comes out, you might be able to pluck in there 5 tetryon damage consoles, pile on top another +30% tetryon damage with sets, and hike up flow caps pretty high.
