  5. Reported the bug using the function in-game and on the fourms!
  
  Thanks for help, (if possible I would like the Lobi crystals to be refunded).

  Stupid question, but did you open the box that the uniform comes in. You mentioned it was in your inventory but not didn't mention you opened it.
