If you're using Arc, then it should launch the launcher. Before you press the Engage button, there should be 3 buttons above the blue patch bar. Holodeck, Tribble, and Redshirt. Click on the Tribble button and the launcher will switch over to the test server. Click on the Engage and you will be on Tribble.
Nitpicking is a time-honored tradition of science fiction. Asking your readers not to worry about the "little things" is like asking a dog not to sniff at people's crotches. If there's something that appears to violate natural laws, then you can expect someone's going to point it out. That's just the way things are.
Sadly only Gold and Lifetime members get Tribble Access at the moment. F2P members get Redshirt which has yet to see DR uploaded.
Is that so then how come I am F2P and I have access to Tribble all the time 24/7 as-well as redshirt. I never had a subscription. Always f2p so explain that would you. I hardly understand it all I can figure F2P get access after a certain amount of time I have been playing STO F2P since 2011

i have hurt many people and i am deeply sorry but i hope i you will forgive me and i will try to make it better i am sorry.
Tribble restriction to paying clients was only (i think) around Delta Rising testing
- and before release DR on Holodeck - they wanted us F2P players salivating for incoming goodness...
Now i'm playing both Holodeck and Tribble long time and no prblems there.... but:
I think there was something that was needed done on my account page first to get acces
to Tribble - i think there was some sign in for testing or something... - i think - i may be wrong...
It was long ago....
In the past years, tribble has been open to all players most of the time.
There have been short times where tribble was only available to gold\lts members , and there have been times when tribble was only open to "regular testers"..
The launch of Legacy of Romulus was such a time, and as mentioned it has been done more after that.
The point being ... it is up to cryptic who they wish to have on their tribble server and when.
(this off course, has no relevance on how smart WE think it is to limit availability to testers)
So in the past it has occured before that ...
Nobody could request new access to tribble for a while.
Only subscribers had access to tribble for a while.
Only regular testers had access to tribble for a while. (wether they were f2p/silver/gold/lts)
And the last 2 of the above combined, or not ....
So yea ... Cryptic have several "pools" of accounts they can "select" for access to the testing environment ....

Problem solved:
In Launch window: Type in password, hit "enter" ... three buttons appear at bottom of window ... click on Tribble.
Gold and Lifetime members have to have some incentives for their subscription.
