KHG adapted uniform

First this question? How many versions of KHG uniforms are there? As I can see from STO wiki, there should be three versions (KHG, KHG adapted and KHG obtained with all borg missions done).
Now I have a problem. I got first one normally. So the problem is second one ADAPTED ONE. I've got all 3 pieces of adapted set (personal set) and when I visit taylor the only KHG uniform that I can get is the first one. So what, where and how can I get ADAPTED uniform?

    Unless there is a glitch, you just go to the drop down menus under the uniform tab. Many items have versions for each set (standard, Hos and Quv). I think the Quv is the adapted set and Hos is the, complete all optionals for STFs set.

    In the Omega reputation after collecting all 3 pcs of the Adapted KHG there should have been a new costume unlock project option "KHG costume option 4" irrc.

    Sadly even if you get the Adapted HG set its very possible that you can never use it on some KDF races becouse of tailor bugs. It seems that this may be your case aswell.
    On my orion girl the adapted HG costume its bugged too from some time now, even if I have every accolades and gear since long time ago. And even using Roxy's "Trading fix" didnt help either :(
