Romulan BOFF assignement STILL BROKE

After this patch this was supposed to be fixed so you could get Romulan/Reman bridge officer candidates but it still must be broke been on my Rommie all day and have yet to get it

    I accepted 2 rom brodge missions after the patch, so they were fixed.

    I accepted 4 Boff assignments today. Two from the current map (Tau Dewa Block) and there were 2 more when I looked under Department Heads. There were under the Operations assignments tab. Don't know what I'll get but I hope their very rare. Important this is that they were there. I hope this bug got fixed. I don't think them being up was just luck. Finally we can start getting Doffs agian without going broke in the exchange. Lets hope its all good anyways.

    Are you sure you checked in new romulus command? i still didnt try it yet, but before the patch the only way to get reman/romulan boffs candidates was to park in new romulus command. Outside new romulus command you will only get non reman/romulan boff candidates.

    Maybe things changed and now you can get reman/romulan boffs candidates outside new romulus command?? :eek:

    You could always get them in the Tau Dewa sector block too. Haven't seen one since the patch myself, but one day is way too short a time to claim it hasn't been fixed.

    I also had one assignment, finally.
    So it seems that one has been fixed

    So, who had the under? I'd set the over/under at 38 hours, and it only took about 9. Man, the bookies are gonna be mad at me over this one... ;)

    One of my Rom toons was parked in the Flotilla, when she got back into sector space after the patch - Bingo- There was a Rom Recruitment mission in her "personal" tab ...

    I checked with my 2 other Rom toons, and they didn't have any BoFF recruitment missions (just the 'attend negotiations' ones) however after waiting the 3 hours for a "Sector Update" one of them did get a Klingon Recruitment mission in Tau Dewa Sector Space ..

    So it seems to be fixed, however there is obviously some sort of internal timer, RNG, sooper seekwet code about when and where you get them ...

    Still, hopefully, this will bring the price of SRO's and all other Romulan/Reman BoFF's on the exchange, down a notch or two...

    I have still not seen either mission appear for my KDF aligned Alien Romulan. :mad:

    They are dropping, it's just very random as to where and when you get them ... Sometimes, I'll get them in the "Personal" tab, sometimes in the current, and sometimes I need to go to my "Operations" Department Head.

    It also seems to vary whether you need to be in Tau Dewa Sector Space, in orbit above New Rom, or in the Command Center.

    I still however have NOT seen a Reman BoFF mission, these, for some reason, are a separate category, not Rare, Very Rare or Ultra Rare, but Ridiculously Rare

    Nausicaans are not Romulans...

    Why does New Romulus Command want to push a Nauicaan on to my ship?

    I still haven't seen any Romulan or Reman BOff assignments... And, why yes, I do check multiple times a day. I've been checking since long before 9.5 broke everything. (Before 9.5 everything was fine. Now... not-so-much.) I check NRC, Tau Dewa, hell even the Romulan Embassy and the Flotilla when I'm feeling particularly desperate... No Romulan or Reman BOff assignments for my Romulan-Alien KDF aligned captain.

    All I has is a sad.

    Please fix these assignments already Cryptic.

    Finally got an assignment for a Romulan Tac, so I has a happy.

    I've gotten it twice in the last 3 days, on my new level 50 Alien Rom KDF. I call my fleetmates to where I am and they can't see it though. We think it may have something to do with our Recruitment CXP. My new character has very low CXP and the others that have tried to join me have it T4.
    Could your progress in CXP have an affect on mission availability? I seems so in my case.

    I swear it's broken again ...

    4 Rom Toons, logging in every day, zoning to every area in Tau Dewa/New Rom and no Romulan Recruitment missions ... All i'm getting is the generic "negotiations with TRIBBLE" missions which award about 3 Recruitment XP.

    And still have not seen ANY Reman recruitment assignments whatsoever.

    I have not seen this mission on my Rom/KDF char for 4-5 mths i have T4 in recruitment.

    I picked up a Romulan Science version just yesterday.

    Not broken.

    My Romulan has picked up 3 Romulans since the fix. My Reman hasn't seen any Romulan Boff missions this year. I suspect that there's another bug preventing some, but not all characters from getting more Romulans.

    Got the mission on 3 different characters including a reman toon.

    Might help folks to see if there's something going on there, if folks were to mention if they were Fed-aligned or KDF-aligned, eh?

    Same problem here. Between my Fed-allied Reman and KDF-allied Romulan I've only seen 1 assignment to get a Romulan bridge officer candidate and none for Remans. I haven't seen any assignments to get Fed-allied boffs but I have seen a few assignments to get KDF-allied boffs in the command center.

    I really wish they would make the assignments to get Romulan and Reman boff candidates available all over the game in various sectors and social zones like Drozana Station, DS9, ESD/Qo'nos, etc., just like Fed and KDF boffs. It's really starting to TRIBBLE me off.

    Shortly after the "fix" I checked the exchange out of curiosity to see how many Reman boffs of all rarities were available. At the time there were only 12 total between blue and purple quality and really expensive to start. That's how rare they are.

    I want a full Reman crew for my Reman captain (well nearly full since I can't get rid of Tovan and won't get rid of Diplomacy boff) and a full Romulan crew for my Romulan captain. I've never bought any Embassy Romulan boffs because they can't be customized so you're stuck with whatever appearance they have.

    I have the same issue...
    after the patch some friends of mine had find the assigment, but until now I still can't find it.

    My toon is a kdf aligneg "romulan alien"

    2 days ago, Romulan engineer bridge officer evaluation for my KDF-aliged Romulan tac.
    Right after the patch, I caught a couple but I don't remember which toons got them ... I mean their alignment.
