Unable to get onto tribble server

I attempted to get onto tribble today, logged in and on screen where it says "Retrieving Character List" it just sits there for about 20-30 seconds then gives error message "Login2_Timout", and kicks me back to login screen. I am able to login to holodeck server with no problem. I tried to submit a support ticket but that seems to be bugged also, on ticket submission page when i attempt to type into subject and description fields nothing happens. I can select from drop down menus but am unable to type into fields, no problem on any other page or website so it has to be with support page. If anyone can help with this I would appreciate it. Thanks.

    I just tried to login as well and got the same Login2_Timeout issue. I thought they brought down STO completely to to maintenance, but ill check later

    I have also had this problem. I tried logging on my Mac and Windows via Arc. Both had the same problem

    same her was testing stuff and got booted without warning,

    think down for maintenance.

    I was wondering what that error was all about. but if the server was offline would not say so in the launcher?

    login servers are different from account servers which are different from game servers.

    I can confirm that there is a patch - 890ish MB.
    I've patched and tried to login, but I've had no such luck. The game is not getting past the "Connecting to login server..." screen.

    Not agreeing with someone doesn't give you the right to be an TRIBBLE.

    most likely the devs were testing on the server first,and booted everyone else off...

    just tried again, it patched, but now get a server is not available at this time error... try again later! wanna test!!!!!!

    just tried to login to tribble, 1003Mb patch needs downloading. of course I have on demand patching turned off while im using tribble. will see if I can log in once patch is downloaded and installed

    just was able to login and get in game less than 30 seconds ago. looks like tribble is open once again
