upgrading gal-x

When i upgraded my gal-x to t5-U, I lost the cloaking device i had on it. Keep telling me it was on another ship, but looked at all my ships and no cloaking device. It's like it just vanished on me when I upgraded gal-x.

    This is happening to all ship specific consoles, to add to your bug report.
