Nadion saturation bomb stealth nerf?

I have yet to get out the stopwatch to test this completely, but it would appear that the nadion bomb has been nerfed from a 3 minute cool down to a 4 minute cooldown.

After you fire it, the timer still says 3 minutes. But I have been noticing a pattern after doing the crystalline event for the past 2 weeks that I haven't noticed doing regular PVP. I don't usually count the seconds in PVP as I am concentrating much more on what the enemy is doing.

As a rule I don't fire the bomb without a full alpha strike backing it up. APA, APO, BO, CRF, TT, FOMM, TAC Fleet. This has lead to a rather interesting and disturbing pattern that I never noticed before.

Attack pattern alpha is on a 2 minute cool down, and it is part of my alpha bombing run. Well I have been noticing that when APA has fully cooled down the nadion bomb still has 2 minutes left, and I mean a full 2 minutes. I can cycle APA again once it is ready, and just as it is coming off cool down for the second time my bomb is just coming off cool down with it, and I mean to the exact second.

So, Either the bomb has been stealth nerfed, and the the timer isn't showing the extra minute. Or APA is in fact on a 90 second cool down but showing 2 minutes. As I said I have not used a stopwatch to time this properly, but either way something is broken.

    might also be a factor of using Tactical Initiative; it doesn't impact device cooldowns...

    It is not supposed to affect captain abilities either.

    Interesting..... I've found that it feels like my APA is not a 2 minute cooldown because I see the same thing. I'm pretty sure the bomb is 3 minutes, and also, it will say 2 minutes even when its just over a minute left on cooldown.

    Yeah, it would appear APA is only a 90 second cooldown.
