These items are BOUND...this item SHOULD NOT BE BOUND, if you open lock boxes you tend to get alot of these, i personally have over 1800 and will never be able to use them all.
Making available for sale would give people a chance to own some esp. for the people can can't afford the price of lock box keys, since the lock boxes are the only way of abtaining a Mining Claim i think CRYPTIC should make this item available to be bought from the exchange by removing it as a BOUND ITEM.

Account Bound (Please) would be reasonable and preferable.
I would be happy to see them completely unbound, but I sincerely doubt that will ever happen for various reasons.
Account bound though, yes that seems reasonable to me.
Happy to put my name to that idea.

Yeah, fully unbound nah not going to happen, but at the very least let us have account bound. I got so many sitting on my Paul character that it'd take me probably 5 more years to go through them all

They uh, said what they were from the start..so uh, I opened the boxes on different toons from the start. If somebody continued to open them on a single toon, knowing what they were, er...how do they have anybody but themselves to blame for that?
Oh, please. You don't seriously think these would be affordable if players were allowed to sell them do you? Its bad enough that zen/dilithium prices have skyrocketed over the last few weeks, and you want to give players even more ability to abuse the economy?

lobi used to be per character too, and they fixed that didn't they?
Which begs the question even more...of why folks are opening the boxes on the same toon and complaining instead of opening the boxes on multiple toons. /cough

i opened all mine on the same toon because for the longest time the lobi was toon-bound as well.
Too all wanting it unbound...why not open boxes on alts? problem kinda sorta solved...ya?
Because it would be nice to distribute these things to new toons to shore up their dilithium, kind of like the Lobi.
Also it's just a quality of life issue. There should be a way to move Dilithium within the same account without going through the rigmarole of the exchange. And that goes for the mining tickets too.
Why Not Account Bound? You can open them on Alts. This is what I do now especially after the 4 months it took on 1 char. This would still cause the Dil Economy to go wild.
Why not unbound? This would cause both the Dil economy and EC economy to be even further out of whack.
Dil is not Lobi. It is used for far more things than Lobi and should not be compared.
What you'll get, at worst, are more players creating alts (and possibly buying character slots) for the sole purpose of using 1 mining claim per day, and not using those characters for anything other than that.
But it's not really an advantage versus a gold member who's got 12-20 some chars, or that one crazy person at the limit of 49. They already refine vastly more dili than most of us can on a regular basis.

that being said They won't do it because of the Dilithium for zen bit.

That or change the cooldown to 1 hour instead of 20. With the refinement cap still at 8k it's not like we'd flood the market.

Whoa whoa whoa... That's too much logic for one thread... You two need to tone it down a little before heads explode.

Why are you not rejoicing?
Because, as you well know, Lobi used to be character bound so you had to designate a box opener to stock pile it.
