Tech Upgrade items

How do these work? I've crafted a couple of them, but there is no use menu option for them. Also, what do they upgrade?

    Yeah i made a bunch because it increased my crafting R&D levels and i also have a few of the universal ones. How do they work? Where do i go to use them?

    The UPGRADE ITEM menu is not available yet. When it is you will see how to use them.

    The Tech upgrade items appear to be the same ones available from ESD but contributing a higher amount to the research level. Currently unusable as item upgrades have not been released yet.

    I am assuming the crafting method to make the item is an alternative to buying them since the craft option costs 2,500 while the purchase option is 10,000. When the system is released we will find out if the 2 level 15 projects are intended so that one will do normal equipment and the other rep/crafted stuff or is just another way of getting the required components.

    They are for the item Upgrade system that will be added to crafting.
    Let us wear Swimsuits on Foundry maps or bridges please! I would pay zen for that.
