I have power tray issues: I loose everything in the power tray at first just going to the ESD and now every time I switch a map it happens! it makes it very hard to test anything!!!

I had a similar issue but it was limited to just my commander science officer. Every time I changed maps my commander science officer abilities would remove themselves from my power tray.

I am noticing my bridge officer powers jump around every time I change zones. I have fixed them four times already.

It looks like the old loadout bug that caused power trays to reset on map changes is back, mixed with the boff bug.
To everyone that keeps having this problem, first cycle your boffs through the shuttle boff station (select them all of them there, one at a time, do NOT unslot them), then set up your loadout, save it, remove a console and then load the loadout again.

For me its just the 3-part power for the romulan rep weapon set. Plasma Hyperflux it dissapears with each map change.

I just swapped a torpedo for a beam array and that caused half of my boffs skills to instantly remove themselves from my skill tray, wth. It didn't even wait for my next map load, it was instant. This happened in the Sherman system.
