I mix elite dis and elachis on my KDF-Tac both are worth it because of the procs.
if you use Turrets - undine and or Elite dis - no elachi turret.
The Scourge haven't the best Bo-layout- just a single lt eng.
The Fleet Somraw is better there. You can fly him with a Bo-setting comparable to the bug.
If you're LTA the Fleet Peghqu' Heavy Destroyer is a good decision. Its a many sided Ship with good Bo-Layout.
But I would wait for the coming new Raptor. :P

Btw, the elite fleet dis are very competitive in pvp 'cause of their proc, they simply cut off an huge part of adaptive level on shields

What's the problem... they're great PvPers in most part.
I am too looking forward to gear my KDF Romulan, make a carbon copy of Stark's Scimitar, just with elite fleet disruptors :P

You don't have to worry about my FBP - I don't use it. In fact, you won't even see me coming. Please tell me you have finally grown up and reached Lv 50 because last time I checked, you were still swimming in the kiddies' pool in Kerrat. There is a reason why HOBOs need to send out a full gank squad to try to nab me. You alone with no reputation rep and all is of no concern because you wont' even know what hit you.
this is good advice. though i believe the elachi proc now doesn't have a lock out so the turrets are ok.
having said that, the beauty of disruptor is you can mix it up. elachi DBB with fleet DHC, then mix up the turrets, as the turrets are only really useful for the proc.
don't forget about the nanites. those are great turrets imo
