  it can be used to open any lockbox your choice, or sold on the exchange for energy credits.
  
  it can only be used ONCE then it disappears.

  Master Keys and Lock Boxes are essentially a slot machine. You put in $100, but only end up winning $10. Don't bother. Just. Don't. Do yourself a massive favour, and simply sell the key. You will get much more out of the Key that way.
