Crit chance and severity

Hey guys, I just wanted to ask that how you can increase your crit chance of your ship. I have all three rom boffs and every uni console that gives you crit chance. Hope you guys can help me

    Might be something one of the fine folks that contribute to the wiki might be kind enough to toss together for players at some point, eh?
